Chief Superintendent Lookout (played by Eric Idle) is an inspector who tries to solve the murder of Inspector Tiger in the eleventh episode of the first series.
He introduces himself, but just like Tiger he misinterprets the other people in the room shouting out his name as a warning that he has to look out.
After reconstructing the murder of Inspector Tiger he himself is murdered in the same cartoonish way.
