Flying Sheep is a sketch that appears in the second episode of Monty Python's Flying Circus, "Sex and Violence."

A rustic man (Graham Chapman) stands at a fence as a city gent (Terry Jones) approaches. The city gent notices sheep up in a tree and the rustic states that he believes they are nesting like birds. He believes that he thinks the sheep believe they are birds, based on their behavior. Several sheep attempt to fly but instead plummet. The rustic blames a sheep named Harold for the behavior.

A voice-over (Eric Idle) segues into the next sketch.
