Picasso/Cycling Race is a sketch from "Whither Canada?," the first episode of Monty Python's Flying Circus.

The "It's the Arts" linkman, David Mitzie (Michael Palin) introduces the segment where Pablo Picasso would be painting a picture whilst riding a bicycle. Baxter (Michael Palin) then presents the route Picasso would be taking. Vicky (Eric Idle) tells the audience about the technical specifications of Picasso's bike and how well he will fare on the road.

Reg Moss (Eric Idle) then reports that Picasso has yet to have been spotted, but interviews Mr Ron Geppo (Graham Chapman), British Cycling Sprint Champion, who predicts that Picasso will be fine as long as he does not attempt a too-sophisticated painting.

As Picasso has been reported to be approaching the Tolworth roundabout on the A3, Sam Trench (John Cleese) excitedly narrates as he reports seeing Picasso and describes the painting so far, but soon is told by a pepperpot (Michael Palin) that it is actually Kandinsky, followed by Braque and Mondrian.

Then approaching are Chagall, Ernst, Miró, Dufy, Nicholson, Pollock, Buffet, Brâncuși, Géricault, Léger, Delaunay, de Kooning, Kokoschka, Paul Klee, and Schwitters. However, Trench reports no sign of Picasso.

Mitzie then reports that Picasso has fallen off of his bicycle.
